Destiny joined Royal Management Services at a time when we were undergoing significant change. She was tasked with putting the steps in place to convert our Property Management from a 3rd party to an in-house operation. She was tasked with software implementation, outlining the fundamental process’, creating the material required for this process, hiring, training, and maintaining existing assets. In addition to this, completing her education towards her Real Estate license in Property Management.
She was a competent leader, able to manage people, make ready schedules and expectations with ease.
