OpsNinja offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on select services. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a new engagement, you may request a full refund, subject to the specific service agreement. 30-day guarantees are not offered on every single service due to the duration and nature of payment. All guarantees and refund terms for each contract will be specifically outlined within the Consulting Agreement Terms before work proceeds.

Refunds are not available for completed project-based work or consulting sessions already delivered.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of OpsNinja and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
